Some times due to any reason, you may not be able to complete the case in 15 minutes. And the time may end leaving you in the middle of examination or counseling.
Tip: Don't Panic, its not the incomplete case that will cause trouble but the improper handling of the situation.
Reponse: Tell the patient: Sorry Mr____ I have to leave because of an emergency call, I will try to get back to you ASAP.
