Problems with spoken english

Most of the IMGs, although are good at listening, writing and understanding english, are not that much proficinet in the spoken part. In an exam with such a lots of stuff to do in a limited time, one cant afford to waste time and divert attention thinking about suitable words, hesitating and stammering in front of the patient while getting nervous and anxoius at the same time.

Solution:-

Write and learn all your "dialogues" by heart.

Yes I am not kidding, its the only way you can overcome this difficulty in a short period of time.

Devising your dialogues

Keep the sentences short and simple.

Avoid difficult words and grammer

Preffer words and phrases which you find easy to remember.
